
Nowadays, many people interested about thier health. When we talk about health, we always think about food that we eat are good for our health or not. Now I will sugest you how to eat and get healthy.
Many people want to lost thier weight in many way espacialy teenagers.
They had tryed many wrong ways to do it such as use medicine, go to surgery, and do not eat food. I will mention on how to eat for lost weight in the right way.
1.The healthiest carbohydrate includes vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans. Dietary fiber is important too, both soluble and insoluble. Beans, apples, oats, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds provide useful amounts of fiber.
2.Drink more water, becausse it can help you feel full on that time and you will not eat too much for that meal.
3. If you are person who love to drink milk, you choose drink low fat milk.
4.For drinking, do not drink alchohol, aerated water, or some drinking that has too much sugar.
5.For food, do not eat some food that has high calorie and some food that very salty such as French fried potatoes, cream, or some food that cooked by oil and too sweet.
**Don't forget to exercise at least 1 hour per day.**
You can see that it not too hard to diet and it can not make you become unheathy.
