
Do you know breakfast is very important for our life. Because we need energy all the day and breakfast can help us a lot. More than that, having breakfast can prevent the Alzheimer's disease espacially older people. In the morning our blood is easy to solidify than the others time and the blood vessel will be block and run to the brain very hard. Therefore, food that we eat will harder to nourish our brain and if we do not have a breakfast that mean it has nothing to provide our brain. Finally, if the brain does not has any nutrient , you will be get Alzheimer's disease on someday.
