
We always think that any kinds of fruits are has only the benefit. Do you know, fruit can be give the disadvantage for our health too. Do you like a guava? It is my favourit fruit as we know that guava has many kinds of vitamins. But, it will be no good for your health if you eat when you got a fever. Becase in the guava has some potassium so when we get fever and eat it, the tamperature in our body will be high. More than that, we will shock if we eat a potassium too much.
