How to Eat and get Energy






1.Eating more protein than carbohydrate because carbohydrate can make you sleepy.

2.Drinking less water is the cause that make your body will be weak so you have to drink water at least 6-8 glasses per day.

3.You must have three meals per day and it will be great if add more fruits in your meals.

4.Do not drink aerated water and alcohol, drink fruit juice instead.


***If you feel tryed let's exercise , it will make you get more energy that your body will become healthy and strong.***
