Do not for get vegetables




At least seven servings of vegetables (at least 3-4) and fruit (at least 2-3) a day will help protect your heart, help ward off some cancers, supply life-giving nutrients and soften the ravages of stress and old age. Make sure your plate is three-quarters filled with veges rather than having them as an afterthought on the side.

Eat as much as you want of the following: tomato, lettuce, courgettes, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, cauliflower, green and red peppers, leeks, green beans, celery, onions, broccoli, mushrooms.

Have half a cup of starchy vegetables such as: kumara, taro, corn, carrot, pumpkin, peas, breadfruit or one medium potato (basically what will cover the palm of your hand).

A fruit serving is one apple, pear, banana or orange, two small apricots or plums, half a cup of fresh fruit salad, half a cup of stewed fruit or a cup of fruit juice.

The Importance of Eating Breakfast



Eating breakfast is important for many reasons. Not only does breakfast help you perform better at school or at work by improving your concentration level and the rate at which you complete tasks, it can also help you keep the extra pounds at bay.
Eating breakfast gives you energy and helps to keep blood sugar stabilized which can play a part in keeping your appetite controlled until lunch time. Plus, going too long without eating makes your metabolism slow down.

Overcoming Picky Eating

There are many ways to establish healthy eating habits in young children. The earlier you start the better! Young kids are great copycats. If they see you eating healthy foods, they'll want to copy you. Related activities in and out of the kitchen can get kids to eat healthy while offering great learning opportunities. For example, cooking with kids helps build math and listening skills. And, you can turn a trip to the grocery store into a literacy adventure.





It is normal for children between the ages of 2 and 5 to resist eating new foods. But even the pickiest eaters will eat a balanced diet if parents make healthy foods available to them.

Having Breakfast Can Prevent the Alzheimer's disease








Do you know breakfast is very important for our life. Because we need energy all the day and breakfast can help us a lot. More than that, having breakfast can prevent the Alzheimer's disease espacially older people. In the morning our blood is easy to solidify than the others time and the blood vessel will be block and run to the brain very hard. Therefore, food that we eat will harder to nourish our brain and if we do not have a breakfast that mean it has nothing to provide our brain. Finally, if the brain does not has any nutrient , you will be get Alzheimer's disease on someday.

Can We a Eat Guava when get a fever?






We always think that any kinds of fruits are has only the benefit. Do you know, fruit can be give the disadvantage for our health too. Do you like a guava? It is my favourit fruit as we know that guava has many kinds of vitamins. But, it will be no good for your health if you eat when you got a fever. Becase in the guava has some potassium so when we get fever and eat it, the tamperature in our body will be high. More than that, we will shock if we eat a potassium too much.

How to Eat and get Energy






1.Eating more protein than carbohydrate because carbohydrate can make you sleepy.

2.Drinking less water is the cause that make your body will be weak so you have to drink water at least 6-8 glasses per day.

3.You must have three meals per day and it will be great if add more fruits in your meals.

4.Do not drink aerated water and alcohol, drink fruit juice instead.

Eating for Anti Cancer

As I told you from the first article that nowadays many people are interest about health. From the first article I suggested on 'Eating for Lost Weight in the Right Way', and now I want to suggest the readers about 'Eating for Anti Cancer'.



1. The first important thing to anti cancer is do not drink alcohol.

2.Drinking green tea or black tea instead coffee is good for your health because it has antioxidant that can anti the cancer and also has caffine less than coffee.

3.Do not eat some food that high calorie or if you eat it do not eat more than 20% in per day.

4. Eating more fruit and vegetable because it has a lot of antioxidant to anti cancer.

5. Eating food that made from soy is also help to anti cancer such as tofu or soymilk.

6. For drinking, you should drink fruit juice and as we know that drinking water at least 2 liters in per day is good for our health too.



## Don't forget to exercise at least 1 hour per day for your health.##
